Recent circumstances of launching a couple of demanding projects at around the same time gave us an opportunity to organise a trip through some major EU cities and provide TYPO3 training for our clients.
Along with the opportunity to get together with our customers, this trip brought a couple of challenges: Time, distance, different requirements and levels of TYPO3 knowledge. Meeting each client's needs was the most important, so a spot-on methodical approach was of the essence in order to make our trip a success.
First we visited Paris, then Geneva and finished with Zurich. We provided different levels of training, from a get-to-know TYPO3 introduction, through basic editor's training, all the way to more advanced options and tips&tricks.
All the sessions were prepared in advance, with a clear agenda, set priorities and an interactive segment to make sure our customers are actively involved through hands-on experience.
